About Our Company

While the name Himalayan Salt Cart might be new to our existing customers, the people behind the scenes and their commitment to bringing you only the highest quality genuine Himalayan Salt products is not.

Steve Krulan, the president of Himalayan Salt Cart, was first introduced to these products in 2005 while vending at a health and wellness expo in Florida. Steve, who is also a certified yoga instructor, was there promoting his business, but his attention was drawn to the activity at another booth: Himalayan Salt products.

He was struck by the beauty of the display of deeply colored genuine Himalayan Salt lamps. He subsequently forged a relationship with the vendor who owned a factory in Pakistan where he manufactured some of the finest Himalayan Salt products available. Over the course of three years, Steve built a business importing the products and distributing them at wholesale throughout the US. In fact, we supply the products to some of the top internet vendors!

Over time, however, Steve noticed that the quality he first experienced with the products was no longer there, and he had to make a difficult decision, whether to stay in the business and find a new manufacturer, or, to close shop. Because of his love for the products, and his commitment to servicing his customer base with the highest quality Himalayan Salt products available, he began a quest to find a manufacturer able to meet his demanding standards. After testing products from many different manufacturers, he was thrilled to finally find one that had the highest quality products he had ever seen! And so, we are proud to announce that we now sell the finest Himalayan Salt products exclusively from CITRN Salt Shapes.
