HimalayanSaltCart.com offers customers a full refund for orders cancelled prior to shipping. To cancel an order, send an e-mail to sales@HimalayanSaltCart.com stating your cancellation request. We will check the order status and get back to you within 24 hours.

If your order has already been shipped and you would like to cancel, or if you have already received your order and would like to return all or a portion of your order for any reason other than damages, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges and is subject to a 10% restocking fee.
