Return and Replacement Policy

Return Policy: If your order has already been shipped and you would like to cancel, or if you have already received your order and would like to return all or a portion of your order for any reason other than damages, you must contact Himalayan Salt Cart within 15 days of receiving your order. Once contacted we will provide you with an RMA number and issue your refund upon receipt of returned products. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping charges and is subject to a 10% restocking fee for any and all returns for reasons other than damages or defects.

Replacement Policy: You have 15 days from the receipt of your order to notify Himalayan Salt Cart of any damages, defects, or missing items. Please email us at sales@himalayansaltcart.com or call us at 973-293-1009. For any damaged or defective items, you must email us a picture so that we can verify the damage/defects. If your FedEx shipment arrives in poor condition, i.e. crushed boxes, holes, ripped corners, you must also take a picture of the FedEx shipping boxes and forward to sales@himalayansaltcart.com.

If your item(s) is verified as defective or damaged within 15 days of receipt, we will issue you a refund for those item(s) on the same card that was used for the purchase less any discounts originally applied.

If you are missing a case or more of a specific item in your shipment, we will ship out your missing items. If you are missing less than a case in your shipment, we will issue you a refund for those item(s) on the same card that was used for the purchase less any discounts originally applied.
